Members dogman Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 Never seen it before, but so far, not too impressed. Between the brunette and her gay friend(Ari & Staella), the two married lesbian Episcopal Priests(Kate & Pat), and the goth weirdos from Kentucky(Kynt & Vyxsin), it seems the producers felt they had to once again cover the bases with everything they could for shock value...of course the brunette sisters(Marianna & Julia) and the two hottie blonde friends(Shana & Jennifer) kindof help to balance it out with a nice blend of eye candy, but as a whole, I hope it improves. Most of you know I detest "reality" shows, but I thought Id give this one a try. What's your impressions of it so far?
Members rikshaw Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 i've heard good things about that show but i haven't ever watched it.
Members bnyswonger Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 Nothing reality about it. It's contrived and staged. Just like ALL reality TV. Life's too short.
Members willsellout Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 I prefer the pre-CBS Amazing Race...they just sound better. Dan
Members lokidecat Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 I refuse to watch it, because all it does is send the worst possible ambassadors of the USA to other countries. Because they're so hurried and greedy for money, they're rude, scream in English, bump people out of the way, cut in line, and are general assholes to everyone they come across. I won't let any ratings from my television embolden their desire to make new seasons. Eff them.
Members Thunderbroom Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 I wish I was cool enough to not watch reality TV.
Members lokidecat Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 I wish I was cool enough to not watch reality TV. Being passive-aggressive is so 90's
Members Crescent Seven Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 I wish I was cool enough to not watch reality TV. It's not hard to be this cool, just watch Sportscenter and NFL Network non-stop. C7
Members Emprov Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 My wife Tivo'd it and it's on right now...which would be the main reason why I have my nose buried in the computer.
Members bassdudeguy Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 another one of those reality shoes that should of stopped after the 15th damn season
Members citizenralph Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 Yeah, they covered the bases. Except for a heterosexual married couple. You wouldn't want to put that kind of trash on tv.
Members mmb Posted November 5, 2007 Members Posted November 5, 2007 Yeah, they covered the bases. Except for a heterosexual married couple. You wouldn't want to put that kind of trash on tv. They had one of those a few seasons ago. She was a ex Playboy centerfold and he was verbally abusive. Poor Victoria.

I hate that goddamn show on so many levels. Execs at CBS should be flayed on TV- that I would watch.
