Members slapthefunkyfour
Anyone have/had one? I can get a great deal on one from a local shop here, and I'm looking for a small combo for little coffeeshop acoustic shows with an upright bass. It will be ~$60. Pro's, Con's? Would it be big/loud enough?

Members jannda
If it's not loud enough you can always mic it I used an AMPEG B25 for years with no problems except out doors were I would need to mic it.

If it would need to be louder, I would probably use the big rig. I'm just looking for something small for really small gigs and home practice. If it sounds good, micing it might not be a bad idea at all! I think I'm gonna go pick it up at lunch today.
Members whatsabass?
I rented one a few years ago for a week. I've been pleasantly surprised by both yorkville combos I played through. Nice clean tone, but I never pushed it hard enough to get a feel for all 50 watts. I would definantly pick it up for 60 beans.
