Members mobass
I got a chance to play one today, and holy crap was it nice. I was actually looking into a jazz or stingray, but have added this bass to my list. Anyone here play one?

Members HumptyThumpty
They are great basses. Mine is a USA made 5 string flame maple over alder. I love that wood combo's tone. It nails a modern tone and feel I was looking for, for that type of bass. I like the flat radius. On board pre amp gives you a lot options and range. I think it rivals some very expensive basses at a relatively affordable price.
Members chubrocker
I really like the Cirrus basses. Solid tones that are more modern than vintage. I just prefer the Millennium model overall--which I play and own.
Members DevilRaysFan
I have a USA 2004 Walnut (top row, left) Its a great bass, but I find its overall tone a bit dull/nondescript...I generally never use aural exciters when i play, but with the Cirrus I use a BBE 462 or a Behringer Bass Limiter/Enhancer, and either makes it sing........ Members T. Alan Smith
1st one I played was a fretless 5er in Peoria with Guitzilla. We were very impressed. My local shop received a fretted 4 & fretted 5, and I logged in a LOT of time on those. Again, VERY impressive. While they don't replace a 'Ray or a Jazz, I'd buy a Cirrus over a Jazz any day. Members Rippin' Robin
I GASsed for a Cirrus for a long while. Holy crap are they nice. Burdizzos says the BXP models are REAL nice too, at 1/4 of the cost.
