Members Hearafter
...so, am i alone? 'fraid so.We do a lot of caterwauling in my band, but not to animate the lyrics... we just can't sing well. Check out the band "Complete" for more information on making noises during songs. Members DevilRaysFan
Yeah, I make all kinds of grunts and weezes in between where I sing....When I record a vocal track, I painstakingy manually mute those out along the entire WAV track

Members Gruntollio Bass
Yeah, I make all kinds of grunts and weezes in between where I sing....When I record a vocal track, I painstakingy manually mute those out along the entire WAV track That happens to me when I record. I make all sorts of involuntary grunts and groans between delivering my lines. It's hilarious to listen back to but the engineer sure hates having to edit it all out. I don't even know that I do it until I listen back to it. It's kinda like tennis players who grunt after every shot.
Members bassgirl9
I'll throw in the odd shudder or huff or whatever, but I don't animate the song like you do.
Members bholder
If it was a joke on a campy novelty tune for Halloween or "Werewolves of London" or something, fine, but in normal tunes, and especially All Along The Watchtower, I'm with Bob - I'd definitely at least throw something at anyone doing that sort of crap, and if they persisted, either they or I would soon be out of the band.
