Members jannda
I was in guitar center today and they had a new acoustic B20. 20 watts 12" speaker looks just like the original same tolex same knobs blue graphics designed in usa made in china of course. didn't get a chance to try it though. Members Crescent Seven
My first big amp was an Acoustic 270. Supposedly it was a guitar amp, but through a 2x15 cab it was freakishly loud for bass.I sold it after I got tired of being shocked because it had a bad ground I wasn't able to fix. I wish I still had it...C7

Members lowndown
I use an Acoustic 370 and love it. Mmmmm, I'd love a 370! I had a 270 (guitar version), but the old amps are just too darn heavy to lug around.
Members Mudbass
I don't know who's making this new amp, but it most surely isn't the Acoustic Control Corporation of old. It's funny that there's not much info available about them and I can find only one model, the B20.

Nothing you play through could possibly sound great. Not while you were playing it anyway.

Correct, but my younger brother gigged with it for many more years than I did.
Members natasmi
I bought one of those B20's at guitar center after cranking it in the quiet room. All I can say is BAD ASS GRIND! fun for the living room for sure, seems well made but definitly designed to give you plenty of overdrive. The two mid controls seem to boost the overdrive as they get past noon. Only 20 watts with a 12" speaker so the speaker won't fart but the amp clips nice and quick low volume cleans but it sounds great to me and it does keep up with the drummer I'm playing with. I want another to run both together. Play it first! If you're a clean and loud guy it's not for you, but if you like some dirt it's tits.
Members bikehorn
I've been wanting to build a stompbox version of the 360 preamp for a long time. It's a pain trying to track down good 2N1306 germanium transistors for the fuzz section, but you can either hunt around, or leave the fuzz out altogether. Members mahatma
LUG- Is that a 220 ? It looks like my 220. It is old school and a little noisy ( hiss ) but fun to play and I can foot switch the faders on/off for a second sound.

The only problem it has is that the power switch is "stuck" in the on position, have to unplug to power down. I don't notice a lot of hiss though.
