Members JesperT
Hi, I'm GAS'ing for a Washburn T24, but I can't try one out in my area before buying, so can anyone tell me: does it have an ergonomic body, like e.g. a Jazz Bass has? (i.e.: tummy cut, rounded off where the forearm leans on the body, etc.) Any taurus owners out there, your help is much appreciated! Just for bass-porn, here's a picture of the bass I'm talking about:
Members been_effected
What the...that thing has weird buttons! I want! Here's mine, T25 so close enough I find its pretty ergonomic, lil bit of neck dive but nothing major. Ask Perfessor, I think he and I are the only two Washburn T owners on here (not including any lurkers out there!)
Members motoreyes
I own a T24. Yeah mine just has the standard metal knobs on it, too. Bought mine 2 years ago...man, they raised the retail on them, they were $299. I like the way it feels and looks. It was my first, and still my only, bass. I knew the first time I saw that thing it was the bass I wanted. Very pleased.

Members NeonVomit
The Taurus is a sweet bass, I very nearly got one a few years back. I've got a Thumb now though so don't need it
Members JesperT
Are the taurus'es discontinued? I hear they are starting to be hard to find?
Members Perfessor
Are the taurus'es discontinued? I hear they are starting to be hard to find? I don't know about that one. Who told you that? I really like mine and play it all the time. The shape is very ergonomic. The neck has a perfect feel and I mean perfect. I'd call US Music and see what's up. I think they still make them, though.
