Based on Sterling's remarks and past behavior EBMM isn't going to let this slide. There will be a quick resolution or a lawsuit. In either instance I will have the opportunity to hear their position. I would anticipate no public response other than "no comment" if they feel they're guilty of anything, and you'll hear about it in court. Unless of course, you're actually working the case.
