Members ibanezconvert
Yes it's true. If you try to play country on an Ibanez only heavy metal will come out. I heard that if you buy a new Ibanez, you must sign a no country contract. If you try to play any after that, a giant Thor hammer comes out of nowhere and smashes you flat. Members poomwah
no metal here, my presitge soundgear is actually not aggressive enough for my tastes, if I didnt want more growl, I wouldnt be trying to sell it a friend plays a btb, and his band plays almost every style of music, EXCEPT for metal
Members Jessz1
I only have one Badass! Wasn't that the guy that played with Death for a few years? Human and Individual thought patterns were on heavy rotation back in the day. I always wondered how that guy made them crazy bass sounds. No frets! Members Brother Mango
Google Gerald Veasley, Gary Willis and Doug wimbish and tell me Ibanez is for metalheads! You can use any bass you want for any style of metal. If I gave Marcus Miller a Thunderbird, he'd still play like Marcus! Hallelujah
Members Brother Mango
I can say I'm quite happy with my shortscale Ibanez. It's starting to get nearly equal time as my main bass.

Hopefully I'll resist buying a new electric bass anytime soon, seeing that I'm considering on getting an upright sometime in the near future, but I don't know...
