Members fretless
A darn hard to find Hughes & Kettner Crunch Master m/ 5 watts all tube sounds killer cranked but it's pretty loud . The real cool thing is it has a built in speaker load and H&K "red box " speaker sim so you can crank it and direct record ! I have been searching forever for one of these bad ass little boxes , also highly favored by harp players for a direct to board cranked amp , vintage now , and the computer systems are finally update to use such a piece of gear . Check it out !

Members Super Bass
Univalves are cool! But I want a Matamp 4watts with a power attenuator, and a DI out with a dummy load so you can record without a cab! The new ones are gonna have a master volume too. Members i_wanna_les_paul
oooh that's a mighty fine amp ! Eh, it's OK. I currently have around 15 tubes that I sometimes have a hard time telling any difference between... However, it works well for an overdriven bass sound at very reasonable volumes. Members Super Bass
really ! Well that's it then , could be my next amp too ! You can get them with custom covering and faceplate engraved with your name on it too. http://www.matamp.co.uk remember the .co.uk part, there's a similar thing going on to the whole Bill Lawrence pickup situation. An ex-distributor in the us is making his own amps.

Members fretless
plugged it in today for a quick test jam , it takes pedals very well , used it on bass and everything here with a vibe and overdrive pedals . very cool box . May not be the best for bass , but I'll give it a few more tries . Check out my volume swells :poke: http://www.lightningmp3.com/live/22305_75hkjam.mp3
