Was thinking of getting it but this new switching power section has me thinking. Surely Ampeg amps get there sound by having that power always there and not just pumped when needed?? PA amps have been using them for years. But all-tube Ampeg is where it's at. Been-there, done-that, got the T-shirt with the Ampeg hybrids.
