Members REMUS
Yeah, seeping from all those nicks in the neck 18 bids by 11 people I'm really tempted to link the high bidder to this thread after it's ended But that would be cruel
Members willsellout
I wouldn't be surprised if it went higher by the end of it. Dan
Members Thumper
Of course it will go higher. Supply and demand, etc. Come on, guys, beat-to-sh*t Fenders go for stupid prices, too. Why would Rics be any different?
Members sunburstbasser
Considering the price of new ones, this is probably going to be a "bargain."

Why would Rics be any different? They took away one of the key components to a Ric's tone IMO when they took the gloss off the fretboard. Dan The fact that the CV finish had been removed from the fingerboard is the main reason why the price is still as low as it is.

It's at $800 now, do you really think the people bidding on that hunk of crap know that is or what it implies... I don't. Thats worth $650-700 tops
Members Rickenbrother
The other day a Rick body with no parts other than the output jack went for about $535. It's body was kind of rough also and it had the fingerboard separated from the neck. I though THAT was crazy, however the bass is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Members REMUS
lol I guess, but that is very easy to say. I don't think something is worth a circa certain amount, just because an elite member of the tardxcore is willing to spend extortionate amounts of money on it. Members Crescent Seven
The store that's selling it is in Denver. They specialize in stolen gear. I can't stand Gravity Music. The sad thing is, 19 people have bid on that piece of {censored}. I'll never cease to be amazed at what people will waste their money on, just like beat down Fenders. Knowing the sellers, it's got a back bow, the truss rod nut is stripped, the frets are loose, and the electronics don't work. {censored}ers.
