I wish I'd had video of the crabs running around the driveway in the snow!!!!!!

And for good measure, my yard just after it stopped snowing yesterday, putting us at ~16" over 36 hours.

Wait, so those things aren't lobsters? They look like it.

(I am utterly clueless when it comes to them. I only know about prawns and shrimp, over here we eat other seafood...)

the ones on the ground (snow) in the picture are indeed lobsters.

someone suggested that a crawfish is the same as a lobster. so that myth had to be squashed asap. :lol:

totally different things, but equally awesome.

Lobster = good eats!

Crawfish = good eats!

Crawfish boil = 20-30 pounds of live crawfish, potatos, corn, etc., ice cold beer, six or eight good friends, good music, some great stories, and a few hours of cooking, shucking, eating and lying = GREAT times! It is the event, not the food, that makes it more memorable.

I'm all for a good crawfish boil, but lobster is better. But either way, the event DOES make it all the better.
