Yes, there are like 6 or so people that have a legit prescription for it and the US government actually grows it and distributes it to these 6 or so people. And I'm not talking about the states that voted it into law and bogus doctors prescribing it, I'm talking about the Federal government that does this. There was a Penn & Teller "Bull{censored}" episode a few years ago about it. Showed one of the guys that had this prescription smoking right in front of the White House and the Capitol building in Washington.
