Members Bassius
I can't put my hands all the way upright.... Is this normal? Oh, and Bassius, just don't forget that there ARE things I can kick your ass at:D just back to "stop" as far as you can...Also, I didn't know there were things at which you could kick my ass. I'd like a list; for self-improvement purposes. :D:D
Members Billystrat
hmmm seems like a great way to make money but betting a drummer he can't do that for 5 minutes lol. but yeah the wild burn sets in. I'm def. curious to try it for a few weeks and see if it helps my playing strengths at all.

Members Super Bass
I have to say, I'm noticing an improvement just doing the first exercise. My hands are "looser" and more free to move. I need it, I'm learning a Jaco song with my bass teacher!

Members Fiery Furnace
part 2: after you have done the griping exercise a while change into this next exercise (in other words, dont stop, just start doing part two directly from part one). make your hands flat and even with your arms, now bend them back into the "stop" position, repeat, flat-stop-flat-stop as fast as you can. the fingers should be close together.... KEEP GOING! Wow! Ouch! I hope this makes me awesome

Members HackedByChinese!
These pay amazing dividends for the skinny-string side of things, as well. I used to have terrible wrist pain and tingling after I was finished practicing, but this has really helped.
