Members Bassius
ok so i thought i'd let the whole forum in on a little secret... after this you can throw your grip masters away...and save your money. step 1: Extend your arms in front of you with your palms facing out (wrists bent up/back) lock the elbows step 2: make fists as hard as you can squeeze step 3: open your hands as 'hard' as you can. fully extend the fingers. step 4: repeat steps 2 & 3 as fast as you can for as long as you can... i doubt many people here can go past 1 minute without wanting to cry. this will strengthen and stretch muscles and strengthen the insertion points of your tendons.... do it i can do it for 12:33 (min:sec)

I've got a persistent case of that which has improved by doing other stretches, but yours are way more taxing. i had a form of tennis elbow. more like cubital tunnel syndrome + mild TE. it can when done moderately and daily. start at 30 seconds then tomorrow 35 then the next day 40 etc etc. with consistency you'll be stronger and have more endurance. consult your physician though :D:D
