Members dwalmz
The Yorkville head (I assume is the XS800) operates at 8, 4 and 2 ohms. That 2x10 cab will get 800w. I say, yes, you may 'blow it up' if you turn up the volume! You may want to add another cab.
Members Hawkeye
The problem won't be for the head, that can pump 800 watts into 4ohms with no sweat. I fear for the health of your cab though. The 210TVX is good for about 175 watts program and about 300 peak if I'm not mistaken. I've owned one, and they're a nice little cab. They even have enough low end for a 210 to use alone without a 15" BUT they don't seem to handle a lot of power, at least according to the spec sheet. So, handle with care and keep the Master Vol down to protect that cab. 300 watts would be more than enough to get that cab bouncing along nicely. The Yorkie 8x8 is the perfect match for that head.
