I was never aware of much western presence that wasn't military at that time, but then I wasn't hangin' much in Seoul either. Still got kimchi in the fridge. Mmmmmmmm! Good!! Must be over 10,000 ex-pats in Seoul alone working as teachers. Kimchi=great!
