Members Goofball Jones
It's over...the game is done. Who cares now anyway (except bookies and Vegas for losing tons of money). This time next year 90% of the population won't even remember who played in the superbowl this year. For instance, I can't even remember who played last year unless I look it up. CMS Author Craig Vecchione Posted February 12, 2008 CMS Author Share Posted February 12, 2008 I totally remember that. The Giants were huddling up and the clock was stopped when it should have been running. It ran down to 1:19 or something and they put 30 seconds back on the clock, and it was running. I remember wondering how they could have known where in the heck the clock was supposed to be. At most, I think that the Pats would have had 5 seconds more, something like that but that possibly could have been one more play...if the officials even had it wrong. It made me go "hmmmm", at the time though. The "official" clock runs in the replay/review video the refs use. All they have to do is replay to the the point the whistle blew, and read the time clock. Members Super_Donut_Man
Hold on a second. They did cheat, and I think that this video (although fanboi-ish, and dragging on something for far too long) is only pay back for the unrelenting fanboism of the Patriots. And +1 for the comments about ESPN, and all the sports networks. I remember hearing Shannon Sharpe before the playoff game (Chargers vs Pats) say "This game is just a formality." What a f-ing d-bag. What a f-ing d-bag.Since the Pats won the game, how do you suppose Shannon Sharpe wasn't correct in his analysis? To the OP . . . . . . New York Giants Fans > Tom Brady.
