For real, he and a partner just bought a Pratt and Whitney afterburning JT-12 powered funny car! The car has been on a few TV shows including Pinks, and he has it up in his garage right now. They need to do a few more runs with it to both be qualified to race it, but dang is that thing badass! I won't get to see them run it until next season, but that is going to be way cool. I have to admit, of all the people I know they've by far got the absolutely most badass cool toy I've ever seen. I'll try to get a picture of it, but they have to repaint it since the sellers deal included removing all the trademarks and team logo's before they race it. Talk about some cool stuff...

I bet the vette is feeling a bit ..uh......wimpy about now.
:(

:D

It's actually funny you say that, I've had that issue before.

I used to have a modified Z28, and after I rode my R6 for a few weeks nonstop and got back in the Camaro, I'd step on the gas and think "this is it? ugh..."

Sure as heck is, it's reign didn't even last a whole summer before being dethroned.:(

Here's a clip of his car, with the original builder and team running it. I think I got the engine wrong too, I'll have to see what is in that thing. Damn is it cool!

One of the products we used to make was an automatic gauge tapper.

The old Sabreliner jet actually had two vibrators, yes, vibrators mounted on the back side of the instrument panel, to keep the needles in all of the guages from freezing up. Not kidding, those things were freakin loud!
