Members Armchair Bronco
My boys Nirvana cover just hit 10K hits on YouTube! I posted their video back in June five months ago, and today was a big milestone for them when it finally rolled past the 10,000 views mark. It's been a blast for the whole family watching the hit count go up and reading comments. I promise not to start another shill-ified thread until we reach the next milestone: 50K! There's a high-res version at the link below, or you can watch the low-res embedded version.
Members BeefJerky
I remember when some friends and I played blink 182 in the gym in 6th grade haha good times. But we didn't have our dad's orange amps. And also this cover was a lot better than ours.

Members Renfield
Way cool Indeed. Some friends made an independent movie and couldn't get that traffic for their trailer.
Members Armchair Bronco
Indeed. Some friends made an independent movie and couldn't get that traffic for their trailer. Just tell them to add the terms "Nirvana" and "Smells Like Teen Spirit" to their video, and it'll drive a ton of traffic their way. (Either that, or my boys can do a song for the soundtrack!) Members Armchair Bronco
Right after the talent show back in June, I told my wife that several people said the 30 watt Roland bass cube amp was "hard to hear". So, naturally, I had to buy a used Ampeg BA-112 "for the boys". This is how I'm justifying half of my new purchases lately! Works like a charm. If they end up covering "Come As You Are" this year, well that just means I'll have to buy an Electro Harmonix Small Clone pedal, doesn't it?
