Works every time. ill just be me, if they like me ill have a job. it is a cashier job so i doubt it will be any questions about my strengths or weaknesses in the interview. Works every time. Never. Give them a weakness and tell them how you can turn it into a strength would show them that you're aware of limitations you have and are willing to improve yourself for the betterment of the company.
