Members Armchair Bronco
Every year, I look forward to the "Fall Back" Daylight Savings day that happens near the middle of the football season. Instead of changing all my clocks before I go to bed, or changing all of them as soon as I wake up, I like to drag out the process over the entire day. That way, each time I look at a different clock and momentarily think it's, say, 10:00 am when it's really 9:00 am, I feel like I've gained another hour! I have about 10 clocks and watches throughout the house (including various wall clock, microwave clocks, and stove clocks), and with any luck I'll be re-gaining that free hour 10 separate times tomorrow...errrr...today. Whatever. I LOVE DAYLIGHT SAVINGS "FALL BACK" DAY!

Members bassman1956
My birthday's the 27th. And before this year, fall back had been the last sunday in October. So I looked at it as my BD present from the govmint. It's a week late this year. And I forgot all about it until I saw this thread! Yippie! Members Armchair Bronco
So far, I've re-gained 3 hours today. I still have a half-dozen clocks to go, so I'm only half-way there! When I got up this morning, one of my boys said: "Hey Daddy, you're missing the start of the football game!" I looked at the clock, which showed 10:45 am. Then he laughed and said, "Ha ha, tricked you! It's only 9:45!"
