Members Super_Donut_Man
if you have milk butter and flour, then you can make gravy from the bacon/sausage grease. soak the pototoes in water for about 15 minutes. cook the potatoes in a skillet add onions after a while. in another skillet cook sausage (chopped up), then cook the bacon. After that is done add the meats to the potatoes, and cover in cheese. Add butter (1 tbsp) to the bacon sausage grease, add flour (1 tbsp) and let it cook for a minute. Add milk or cream(1 cup or so), stir frequently and let it thicken up. add toast on the side.

Members Thumper
I got Kielbassa sausage, bacon, bell peppers, onions, potatoes, but I'm out of eggs Slice the bacon into 1/2 inch long pieces. Dice the potatoes, onion, pepper and kielbasa. Saute the bacon first to get some grease going. Then add kielbasa, potato, onion and green pepper, in that order. Saute to taste. Wrap it all up in a couple warm tortillas and add salsa/hot sauce to taste.

Members Bottom End
I got Kielbassa sausage, bacon, bell peppers, onions, potatoes, but I'm out of eggs You could've made slumgullian, basically a mix of whatever you got, and it's filling, too. Chop the keilbassa, onions, peppers, and bacon. Saute the ingredients until browned (not burnt). Put in about a quart of water and about two diced potatoes and cook until done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes a great soup - the broth from the meats and some sustinance from the spuds. Goes great with tortillas or toast and some Tabasco. You can tell my fridge is usually wanting
