And no, I don't mean the bass player. I mean the Lesbian Until Graduation.

Yesterday I was at the drug store with my 10 year old boy waiting in line to pick up some meds. Well, these to girls about 18 or 19 get in line behind us and get all hugged up on each other and proceed to kiss at eachother and make googly eyes. They start talking to eachother about their "kitties". Now normally I would be like, OK, whatever. They weren't the butch type. But, the thing is that my son was standing with me and I was quickly becoming annoyed. I ended up just kind of shielding my son in front of me and waiting for them to knock it the hell off. their were probably 8 other people standing around the area.

Should I have said something?

'Hey, son, check out those lesbians!'

:p

Seriously, if you want to attract attention to their behavior, the best way to do it is to say something. Unless they're breaking the law, it's nobody's business what they're doing.

I do that {censored} in theatres. Two LUGs in the lobby, just going at it...

"HEY LOOK, THESE TWO ARE EXPERIMENTING AND RUINING MY MOVIEGOING EXPERIENCE, WOW, HOW COOL!!!"

*blush, blush, gets in line for concessions*

Being hot and {censored} gives you no right.

Tangent- I had to tell this gay couple to shut the {censored} up during saw V because they were just... yelling. I mean... YEOWWWWWW OH MAH GAWD DID YOU SEE THAT WOWWWWW YELLING AHHHHHHHHHHHHH. The usher never came in, so I was like, "Hey! Bigun! Shut the {censored} up!" because it was the first date I had been able to take my girl on in months, and it wasn't gonna be ruined by people that think flamboyance gives them the key to the city.

If the POTUS was in there yelling, I would have told him to up the shut {censored}, so it's not a prejudice. It's just, damn, people seem to think the world owes them an audience. I don't get up and start playing solo pieces, and they shouldn't run off at the mouth like that.

Would you be writing this if it had been a guy and a girl acting the exact same way?

Yes, the behavior is inappropriate. Gay or straight, take it home.

So kissing and hugging in public is inappropriate behavior?

OP said

What does being "the butch type" have to do with anything? If they were two hot blondes it would be more tolerable than it it was two crew cut butch women?

Tolerable? Yes. Any less proper in public? Less so. Time and place, that's not it.

The whole thing was uncomfortable for me because I'm not ready for 2 attention whores to choose when I need to have a difficult conversations with my 10-year-old. I'm not a prude by any stretch of the imagination, but this whole gay revolution thing is new for all of us. Maybe saying that is offensive, but it is what it is. And even if they had been a dude and a chick, they really needed to get a room...
