Members Senator
What do you guys do to stay in shape, if at all? :poke: I try run around 5 miles a day. This is my second year of being in my school's Cross Country team, but suffered with a hip injury half way into the season. It's still hurting, but I'm still getting by. I should get it checked out again soon, though. I planned on running the California International Marathon Relay with my coach and a few of his friends. Anyone else a runner? Members Bass8987
I lift weights 4 days a week and do cardio 3 times a week. For weights I do:Mon-Legs and absWed- Back and shoulderFri- Arms (triceps, biceps and forearms) and absSat- Chest and abs For cardio, I do HIIT two times a week (15-20 minutes) and a 3-4 mile run once a week. I try to eat a clean, healthy diet and eat 5 meals a day with LOTS of water.Having a clean, healthy diet is extremely important. I'm considering getting a PT certificate after I graduate from college (it would only be a part-time job). But I don't know if I can put up with overweight people and their bull{censored} excuses and bitching.

Members Bryan316
I exercise every time I get on stage. I'm a sweaty exhausted mess every time. That's my calorie burner. But I would love to get back to jogging again. Haven't gone out all this year.

Members Sugarskull
I used to jog quite a bit and then they put a citywide ban on women being out after 6:00 PM and cautioned us all to not travel alone of we can help it. My only time for that was about 7-9 PM, so I've had to find other ways to get exercise. It has not been as successful in keeping me slim. I just learned some new exercises from a burlesque dancer last night. I'm going to try them out this week, they seem fun.

Members Sugarskull
Is there a psycho killer running around or something?? C7 yup. They're blaming gangs but I think it has a lot more to do with the fact that there are 10 men for every 1 woman between the ages of 20 and 40 in this town. There's a definite gold mine style boom going on and all the violence that comes with greed, money to blow on booze and drugs and nothing much else to do but fight has been hot on it's heels.
