EDIT: The one I'm thinking of had the picked band in the center and other bands positioned themselves around it. The more similar, the closer they were. The bands were just their names in plain text that floated around with kind of "springy" motion as they got situated. Fun to watch. If you clicked on one of the bands, it jumped to the center and bands that were similar to it would spring out from the center and sort themselves out. And some band info would show in a box off to the side. I keep thinking the name was "musicmatch", but that's a jukebox. Maybe it was "music_____". Musicsomething. Something something. I've got someone else that I showed it to trying to remember the name. That was 5+ years ago though.
