Members jasper383
D'Addario makes a .135 super long scale string in ProSteels. I think you will have to special order it as a single string. That's an unusual gauge. Why won't .130 work? http://acapella.harmony-central.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2181572
Members georgestrings
Any standard long scale string set will accomodate a 35" scale - I play GHS Boomer mediums on both my 4s and 5s, and can drop my .130 B string down to low A without a problem - that's on a 35" Spector, FWIW... - georgestrings
Members BottomHeavyKate
I've got a 35" scale Lakland that I can either string through the body or through the bridge. I love GHS Boomers but They are not long enough to string through the body which I prefer. AND any time I get long scale strings that are tapered - they aren't even long enough to string through the bridge.... You have to order 'extra long scale'. Members fretless
you need "Super long scale" http://www.daddario.com/DADFaqAnswer.aspx?ID=762 http://www.juststrings.com/electricbassguitar.html after that you'll need a custom length La Bella is the only one I know of that will do custom strings http://www.labella.com/contact.html

Sure, if you string through the body you'll need extra long scale, but to my knowledge, a 35" strung through the bridge will be just fine with standard long scale strings... I don't see the OP specifying through the body stringing - that's why I answered the way I did... - georgestrings
