Members Lefty Geek
Did they ever make lefty clones? I have an original Rickenbacker, but I would love a clone as a backup.

Coda don't anymore, I'll check out GAK, although I gotta say that the Ibanez ATK sounds like a modern day analogue......is that about right? Members Brian Krashpad
Sean I thought you ordered a Peavey like yesterday. Is this some long-range planning?

Nah, bid BK, it got way too close to the retail by the time someone had shilled it. Plus BBC4 have been running a week on British Prog rock and I watched too much Chris Squire:facepalm: I should just be patient and try and snag a Greco or Ibanez, but you know the nature of GAS and how we have to jump for it:(

For me it wouldn't be Squire, but Foxton or Lemmy.

Well. agreed, but you see the weak state I find myself in, simply by watching a Prog Fest anyway, I just been using the "Search" function and Ric on the cheap seems to be achievable with a Dano 63 Long Scale, so Happy {censored}ing Days, another POS Dano....I do love em a lot, my 59 has been played a lot lately, almsot on a go to sort of basis. That'll all change probably when Fretsy forwards me my 54 VOS

That'll all change probably when Fretsy forwards me my 54 VOS Ah, I hadn't been keeping track of this '54 VOS business. Al got a guitar for you on this side of the pond and is shipping it to you? That's very cool! As you may recall from a few weeks ago, I just got my first-ever Dano (Bigsyb'd Hodad). Was but a question of time. I was in a band back in the early '90's where our second guitarist played a longhorn: Better shot of the longhorn: I'm the one uncharacteristically playing a Strat, my main guitar at the time. I posted a thread about that bass over the summer. I saw one in GC and I couldnt believe how close it looked to a Ric other than the headstock. It was a great playing bass BTW. I just didnt like the Active p/u's....
