Members sludgebass69
What's wrong with me? After playing thru an old Kustom 2x15 cab the last couple weeks at practice I'm now jonesin' for something like this....... http://bass-guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Peavey-Tour-215-2x15-Bass-Cabinet-?sku=480316 What would be a fair price to offer for a mid 70's Kustom 2x15 (black tuck and roll) in pretty good condition? The owner doesn't seem to be in a rush to get it back, and he has the matching ss head but it needs work.

Members tylytle
I want a 2x15 also. Mesa Road Ready would be my 1st choice.

The peavey 2x15 has neo's and is only 87 lbs. and has tilt back casters so moving it wouldn't bother me. I've got a pick up truck too, so I can just slide it into the bed. I played the Tour 115 and was super impressed with it. In fact that 115 and the Tour head was perhaps the best sounding rig I've ever played through. If the 215 sounds as good, then I'm destined to end up with one!

I blame work for this, the bastards gave us bonuses instead of raises so now there's cash sittin there tempting me.......

Members james on bass
I love the look and specs of that new Peavey 215. My local store hasn't ordered one. They don't really want to, and it's not like I can afford it anyway - I'm just curious. There is another 215 out there that I'd really like to pick up in the near future, but I need to find a new career and end this 5 month vacation first. I sold my Fender 1X15 bottom and 250 watt head for 250 bucks in 1987 pretty much the same thing without the tuck and roll Now that would probably go for a G easy

Members willsellout
Separate boxes or together...2 15"s rule. A huge +1. 12's were my favorite until I fell back in love with 15's. If I could I'd get rid of my DB112 and add a second DB115. Dan
Members Thumper
A pair of 1x15 cabs would be easier to move and give you more flexibility. I gotta admit, though---a 2x15 is a sexay beast...

Well, besides the 2x10 and 2x12 I usually use, I've also got an Avatar CB 115 (old compact 1x15 w/ no horn), so I could add another 15, but yeah the 2x15 is too damn sexay!
