Members RIC N BACKER
I ordered a Digitech Bass Driver and a EH Big Muff. The Muff is backordered so all I got was the Digitech box. I took it out of the box and knew rightaway something wasnt right. I plugged it in and was not really impressed with the sounds. In all fairness I didnt give it a long ride tonight, I have more time tomorrow to play with it. So after i unplugged it I began to examine it. Then handed it to my Wiife and Daughter who were both like it feels cheap. I am like yea So I get my Digitech Bass Synth Wah out and can feel the difference and so can the Family. The Bass Synth Wah was made of better metal and has better quality sounds. I begin reading the little sticker on the back and gusee what? The Synth Wah is made in America>>>>the Bass Driver ---China WTF???? If they were going to start cheaping out on the components they could have at least passed the savings on the the consumer
Members georgestrings
Sounds like they're following the Ampeg business model... Honestly, I've never liked any Digitech product - they don't sound "real" enough to me, and often times add too much noise... But hey, to each their own... - georgestrings

My Bass Synth Wah actually has more useable sounds if you dial them in just right. Hopefully the Big Muff will ship today or tomorrow

The BSW has a setting that reminds me of Star wars...It doesn have the ability to create a few distored sounds that could blend when in a band setting. otherwise I just play it at home to my own amusement...
