Members umcoo
I'm looking for cool basslines that are fun to play and want to have a snoop round the 60's! I know a fair few of the motown hits, but what great rock and roll songs have basslines you can dig? Go! :poke:

Members hi.flyer
Yea, Beatles of course. Kinks are good, too, check out 'Sunny Afternoon', maybe. Very 60s and pretty simple, just a nice descending chromatic thing.

Members Flogger59
1969: Excellent! I was going to suggest Ramble On and The Lemon Song. Don't forget Something. And technically the 70's, but I Want You Back
Members JeffBass
My first single was Crystal Blue Persuasion. I guess Signed Sealed Delivered was more funk/pop than rock but I also believe it was Jamie Jammerson, eh? The bass-line propels the whole song.
