Members jonathan_matos5 Posted January 17, 2009 Author Members Posted January 17, 2009 Yea that's a motha{censored}a right thurr. Are 'bones in bass clef? most of the time. sometimes in tenor clef and alto clef. if playing in a British style brass band all music is in treble so trombone has to transpose down a step.
Members brake Posted January 17, 2009 Members Posted January 17, 2009 Also, I don't know how you transposed instrument-playing folks can do it. I mean, I know how but I don't know how you can read stuff in real time a whole step (well, for Bb) away.
Members jonathan_matos5 Posted January 17, 2009 Author Members Posted January 17, 2009 Ab minor! what do you get when you drop a Steinway down a mine shaft?

Members One Bad Monkey Posted January 18, 2009 Members Posted January 18, 2009 :rawk: :rawk: Be fair; how many times in a real world setting do you see that? The few times I've played a musical that's changed keys to that, the guitarist (30 year veteran, killer KILLER player and helluva nice guy) and I look at eachother and say "Whoa..." Even then, if it lasts 12 measures that's a long time.
