Members dert_stylus
I purchased a Pro-tone Raven Chrous Pedal. I know it it supposed to be a chorus pedal with the option to engage a little fuzz, but it seems like all I get when I plug the pedal in is a loud hiss. This hiss is annoying , does anyone know if this is a defect or if there is a way to correct it? should I go thru the effects loop and not the amps input? Is just sounds dirty. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Members t3ch
It's true bypass so it shouldn't be doing that... It's an expensive pedal so I would assume/hope it's made with quality parts. Make sure you're not plugging the input/output into the wrong sides
Members greenshag
how are you powering it? I have noticed many pedal problems are due to incorrect power supplies being used.

I was using a Battery and then I switched over to a Godlyke power supply ... same outcome.
