Moderators ThudMaker Posted February 10, 2009 Moderators Share Posted February 10, 2009 Interesting that the song they have on the radio right now isn't going to be very helpful to them as a character witness. Perhaps blatantly discussing romping in the sheets isn't such a good thing.

I had heard of the band, not real familiar with there music, and didn't even know they were started right down the road in Mississippi... Now I don't think I need to research them much further. Members RSBro
We're doing their current single too... I wonder if we need to nix it in order of propriety? Although that's BS- it's a cash grab for sure.
Members AluminumNeck
Only {censored}/or falititize girls who are not minors. This whole thing is redicolous. Members Crescent Seven
Does this mean I don't have to hear that {censored}ing "Addicted" song ever again? Because if that's the case, this 17 year old girl is getting a case of 40's and a pallet of Doritos from the C7 Foundation. C7
Members Rippin' Robin
Well, what do you expect when you get on a tour bus with a rock band? A bag of crisps, an autographed care bear, a gentle pat on the head and a feel-good message to take home? She's probably just disappointed she didn't get into a gang bang with the band and/or crew. Members Les_Izzmor
I think the point is she says she was "forced". She could get on the bus, get naked, tell him to get naked, then say she was going to {censored} him all night long until his balls hurt, and then right before she penetration she could say, "nope, changed my mind" and that's where it has to end. Blow job, or {censored}ing, or back-door lovin'; if she says "no" before anything happens, no matter what the situation is, the guy has to stop. Now. Was this girl "forced", or is it just sour grapes, or a money grab? We'll never know. (My instinct says sour grapes) But. Saying, "what do you expect getting on a tour bus" is silly. She could have gone in there expecting to {censored} the whole band 10 ways from Sunday. But. If she changes her mind and says no, the guy has to be the better person and let it go. You can't say it was expected or she led me on. That's just juvenile. Got to be a grown-up about it. Especially if you're famous and banging strange girls all the time. Even so, banging strange consistently is going to bite you in the ass eventually, including but not limited to this particular scenario in the OP. Members burdizzos
WTF is wrong with the band's crew? How the hell do you let a questionable aged chick on the bus? Just to avoid any liability, you'd think that a touring band would hire a local guy to check IDs before running a train on some skank. My guess is that they crossed the line by making her feel bad for not blowing two of them at once, those guys strike me as the sort who love to cross swords with a chick present. He could have just kicked her off the bus. Of course, the victim hasn't made a statement yet according to the article. She could be going for a Kobe Special. It sucks to say it, but girls lie about this stuff all the time, which is terrible for both the accused, and every other woman that really does get assaulted.C7
Members lokidecat
I can't see "Lured on to the bus" without laughing. I get this image of a candy bar on fishing line being dragged across a parking lot with a fat kid lumbering after it. Lured.
Members MrJoshua
If they forced her, that's BS and they should be penalized to the full extent of the law. If they didn't force her, then the lawsuit is BS and those bringing it should be penalized to the full extent of the law. Either way, there's a lot of BS floating around here. And why the hell would a rock star *coughsortofcough* need to do anything with a 17-year-old? Jeez, guys, is it THAT hard to ask for an ID before letting a girl on the bus?
