Members fretless
I'm In ! ok as weird as the beats are , I had some fun and after all that's what it's about right , while not an original trick it's a first for me , I sent the echos of the harmonics track far right and left the bass dry and panned slightly left , cool result ! my Ric 4004cii , used it on everthing here with different pickups selected and some grind on the lead , good Sunday fun , now time to crack some wine ! oh yeah check out the screen shot , 6 bass tracks one is mixed way down with just a hair of picked grit slightly stereo right http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=840866&songID=7339788
Members Super Bass
hey the archive has a new look Nice Job SB ! Thanks. It's not quite done, just need to sort out a logo. I'm gonna post a thread about it over on the guitar forum. I'm sure those guys might appreciate it too. This jam sounds pretty interesting. Hopefully I can get round to it soon. BTW what's the plugin in your screenshot on the far right??

BTW what's the plugin in your screenshot on the far right?? far right is Cubase's amp sim , it has a cab and room thing too but I really don't mess with it , just turn it on and go, that was on the track that is so low it's almost off but the thing far left is UAD-1 ,"Nigel" and that was on the lead with the delay thats the small one that's a Cubase plug-in also and a UAD LA2 which is on the out put here and finally the odd yellow plugin is a Killer delay that has several tapes old tape ,new tape and a few other choices , that's on the Harmonics track, I love this delay , it's my go-to delay and it's a freebie ! Get it if you don't have it http://www.kjaerhusaudio.com/classic-series.php

Members Hopi
Definitely like Weather Report! More hi-fi than the records I have, but definitely has the Zawinul vibe. I like it, good stuff! edit: Let me rephrase that... if it weren't so clean compared to a 70's recording, it would easily pass as them. Great playing and composing! The only thing I'd focus on is making your bass tracks sound like they're in the same space as the drums.
