Not me, friend. I drive my SUV's up to a kick ass spot, open up the back gate, and start pulling out chairs and coolers full of steak and Budweiser. These guys that backpack back into the wilderness and cook dehydrated soup over tiny little fold out gas burners are missing out, yo. C7

But sounds good to me anyways!

Camping for it's own sake is alright, but I do it to position myself closer to other things, like 4-wheeling and fishing. We always do it as a group trip, too. Bring the dogs, bring the trucks, fish and wheel all day, party all night. If musicians come along (which is usually, all my friends are musicians), we jam around the campfire on acoustics.

None of my friends here are musicians, but we tend to do this at least a few times a year ourselves.
