Members Rowka
Hmmm, Musicman's version of a Squire or Legends line. I thought the S.U.B. was basically that...

Nah, S.U.B. was like the Highway 1 Fender's. Stripped down with a different (cheaper) finish but still made in the USA.
Moderators Kindness Posted March 2, 2009 Moderators Share Posted March 2, 2009 Hmmm, Musicman's version of a Squire or Legends line.I thought the S.U.B. was basically that... It is more analogous to the Lakland Skylines. From all accounts by those I know that have already gotten their hands on these basses, they are really nice. Members brake
They made a $100 LOSS on each one?!? I might be wrong but that's how I remember reading it on the EBMM forums that Sterling Ball posts on. Like I said..it's entirely possible that I'm wrong. Members Crescent Seven
Slowest website on the planet. Plus, I thought these were going to be GC exclusive (they're the one's that insisted on the "Sterling" name), and I dont see any GC's listed in their dealer list. The GC I was in on Thursday said they showed no indication in their systems that they were receiving them any time soon, either. MF.com has them listed at $699. Good price, lower than I expected. "Pre-order" only. C7
Members Super Bass
Slowest website on the planet. C7 I agree. I clicked on a guitar and sat there wondering why the heck I was seeing no guitar. Then about 5 minutes later it magically appeared.
