Members In Absentia
Alright, so since Watchmen is coming out, and my current collection is becoming increasinlgy difficult to buy for (I collect 90's Valiant comics and early Image titles), what is a good new place to start. I'm looking for something more adult-oriented in theme. I've like a lot of the DC Vertigo stuff I've read (though, I've not read much). So, what should I check out? Members t3ch
I recently picked up a bunch of Enders Game comics. I've heard they're not great, but it's my favorite book so I'm collecting them anyways. * * None of this relevant or helpful in any manner, but really how often does one get a chance to talk about comics
Members Derek5272
Have you read the Sandman series? They're pretty freaking sweet IMO.

Members RSBro
I need to go back and catalog my collection. I have a few hundred, easily. I always read the ultra-violent Image stuff back in the day. I have probably every freaking "Alien" or "Predator" title ever made, including the British "big mags" that were like a "Wizard" of just Alien and Predator stuff which included tidbits of graphic novels and comic series'. Members In Absentia
What's wrong with Wolvie? Who do you like? Iron Man, Silver Surfer, Thor Wolvie is ok, but I never saw why he was such a "big deal". To me, he was never really that awesome. He has claws. And? I like a lot of the classics, and Wolvie was part of a different era.

He has adamantium, unbreakable claws, as well as a metal-coated skeleton, and a healing ability, with a heightened set of senses. And he was Canadian, c'mon!
