Sounds to me like someone's been tapping into the confiscated goodies

Members mlwarriner
Nearly 200 law enforcement officers worked the weekend event, with the Vermont-based band picking up the tab (again with my emphasis).

Members catphish
I thought Phish broke up a while ago, they're still touring? They took an indefinite break for Trey to get his {censored} straight. They never said for sure they'd come back, but everyone knew they would. They never really wanted to stop playing. Translation: One of the members thought he was bigger than the band and tried to go out alone but failed miserably and came crawling back. Is that about it? :poke:
Members catphish
Is that about it? :poke: Not at all. He had to go into treatment. He was arrested on drug charges and couldn't leave the state at one point. He did solo work regularly while continuing to play with Phish since 2000
Members mlwarriner
What does that mean? what does what mean? the bolded part, i think, means that Phish hired the police to work the concert. "with my emphasis" means i used the tags to bold the part that's bold, so you'd notice it better.

I doubt Phish voluntarily hired the police for the concerts. Most likely it was either they pay for police or the shows wouldn't happen.

Members JRoll
Great shows last weekend, and nice of Phish to offer full DL's of each the following morning. I really enjoyed listening. To me, it sounded like they had more of the tightness/furvor I heard back in 1994/1995 then the slop that was post 2000. Rehearsal is a wonderful thing. We've got opening night Jones Beach. Another Fluffhead opener would do me nicely.

Members catphish
Wow. What a fantastic set. Wish I'd seen it. Me too. And I totally could have gotten tickets, but I'm trying to save for school. The shows are free on livephish.com They sound remarkably solid. Very prominent bass, and there's something about Mike's playing that i can't figure out that's different.
