I just discovered this! Who knew you could get that much music on one disc?? And since my Car stereo reads MP3 discs, I can put two or more hours of content on one CD!!!

Why didn't anyone tell me about this???

Compiling all the Marcus Miller I have onto one disc right now!

you can get a LOT more than 2 hours of music on an mp3 cd. :thu:

Just keep in mind the audio quality isn't going to be anything close to the way your CD's sound...

meh, depending on how they are ripped its not all that bad.

a high variable bit rate is pretty good.

My vw has a 6 disk changer, so something like 1800 songs, with a folder button that lets you move through folders on a disk (super sweet).

I have yet to take advantage of it much but it's super cool :p Just got to start burning my stuff.

Late to the game? How about the lights went out, the crowds went home, and 3 weeks have passed since the season was over!

Well it took me a while to get my Commodore 64 to recognize the CD Burner!

should be able to get about 160 songs or so on a CD.
:thu:

i burned a disc when in cadd school (about 10 years ago - before higher capacity CDs) that had 202. but many of them were 2 minute or 3 minute punksongs.

i discovered MP3 CDs when i got my scion - the factor stereo is MP3 compatible.

loved it.
