Members rpsands
Depends on what you're using it for - I bet it's fine for quiet gigs or practicing with a drummer with good dynamics. It strikes me as improbable it will get particularly loud or particularly low before farting.
Members james on bass
I think it would be a cool little rehearsal cabinet, but I wonder if a decent 1x12" would be a better idea for a small cab.
Members burdizzos
100 dB and 600 Watts RMS? Holy shit! You can get 127 dB out of that box! I guess they hired Basson's marketing team.
Members T. Alan Smith
I'm willing to give it a shot, but I've been unimpressed with MB's cabs. The LMII amp, however, is about as close to perfection as they come. For that dough, I'd get a Bergantino HT112.
Members burdizzos
I'm sure it's a good sounding box, but there's no way it's going to deliver 100 dB at 1w/1m and have any amount of decent bass response. My guess is that it's actually around 95 dB with a -3 around 65 Hz.
Members rpsands
Hey, it might be 100db @ 1khz. 18sound makes a 102db 6.5 For a practice cabinet, I like the idea of a Kappalite 3015 in a 3cf box, or a 12/6.5 with a 3012LF and an Alpha 6a. Either one is gonna be roughly around the same weight as that and will blow it out of the park I'd imagine.
