Members Jim-Bass
I've just moved into a new flat and need to get a small practice amp ....the guy at the local music store has given me a nice price on a Fender Rumble 15w ... I'm just wondering if I should get it, because at 15w there's not much difference in quality ( ..or is there?). At least it has Aux In and headphones so I can plug in Cd or iPod to practice ...most other cheap ones under 20w don't. I played through it at the store ...seemed ok. So, anyone used one, or has a comment? thanks
Members JeffBass
I blew two of them in the span of about 5 weeks. Opt for the Peavey or Line6 instead. The Line6 has some decent amp models and effects to boot.

Members JeffBass
First one had to go to the service center, two weeks later they gave me a new one instead of fixing the old one. The new one lasted about a week before the same thing happened and this was low volume practicing because I live in a condo. I took it back to Guitar Center and demanded a credit, which I used to buy a Behringer, yes Behringer, which not only blew the doors off the Rumble 25 soundwise, I had enough money left for two new sets of strings.
