Where to practice/jam?

Well out drummer is moving into an apartment, the bass player lives in an apartment, I own a townhome where noise would be a problem...

So now it looks like we will not have a place to practice. We have another drummer who is willing to let us play at his house, but he lives 70 miles away. I feel weird asking other friends to let us play at their place. Anyone have any creative places to play (for free). We need juice of course, so no abandoned warehouses or anything.

We used to play once a week, but now it's going to suck.

I've used the same rig and it worked pretty good.
