Terry D.

Thanks Terry. And Gawddamm if the guy didn't pay up today, too! That made my tip total for the Sunday 2-6 in the sunshine at the beach gig $281.

Now if I could just sling a tele like Brad Paisley.

:(

Oh well.

:)

Dude, I wouldn't sweat it...my band learned "Enter Sandman" and "Man In The Box" so we could get through a recent gig with our asses intact, and wasn't nobody offerin' US no $100 kickback, so no worries.
:D

Played your local version of Bob's Country Bunker, didja?:D

A regular at my Sunday gig said if I played it this week he'd tip me $100.

:)

That's the kind of slut I am!

:(

Being a slut = Bad

Being a Pro-stitute for Four minutes of stage time for app. 41 cents a second = Not bad!

If you could keep that scale of pay vs. time..allowing for breaks that would be roughly $1400.00 an hour. LOL!

Hey, I love that song.

Just learned it so I could play it at the local biker bar. They'll eat it up. Especially the part about helping white people dance.

I don't normally do much country, but if I hear something I like, I'll do it.

While I was at it, I also learned Brad's "Ode du Toilet". It's on the bonus CD. A beautiful love song. Even my wife (who hates country music) liked it.

I'm glad I didn't have to do that!

That's a nice thing about having the same gig for 7 years: you get a chance to train your audience to some degree.
