Don't know how old, maybe 17 or 18, 6 or 7 of them. We're middle aged men in a classic rock band, but these young ladies were having fun dancing, and providing us with some nice eye-candy and flirting a bit. A good time was being had by all until an older lady who was also dancing and seemed to be having fun called security and had them thrown out. Don't know why she did it, but it took a lot of the fun out of playing the rest of that set.:(

Just a typical bar type place that's nicely set up for bands in Florida. Their website says noone under 18 after 10pm. This was around midnight. The girls could have been 18, but from what I could tell from the stage they were ejected because of their age. They appeared sober and well behaved.

If it was a bar employee, I would say the reason the girls were ejected was to prevent the possible suspension of the place's liquor license if the cops showed up.

But if it was a regular bar PATRON, I would have been all like..."HEY! W-w-w-WAIT a minute! WTF????:mad::cry: )

I know, I didn't get a chance. I keep a digital camera on stage for such situations, but they were booted before I had a chance to use it.

It was a woman who as far as I could tell was just a customer. She was shouting something to be about they shouldn't be here, but I couldn't really hear what she was saying. Shortly thereafter security bounced them. It was kind of a slow night, so I was happy to have people one the dance floor. That they were young and cute and flirty was just icing on the cake. It pissed me off that they were the most fun we'd had all night and she had them booted.

The "Alpha Female" strikes again. Sorry, man. There's no accounting for genetic encoding.

Three of us are married and the single guy couldn't get laid in a whorehouse, so she really didn't need to run off the hotties.

She was just looking out for you! Didn't want you to be tempted by those lil' hussies!

;)

Could be. She had a hot friend with her who was flirting big time, even flashed us. I guess she just felt left out. She could have kept the hotties and flashed us too. That would have worked much better. :D

Chances are that the narc was jealous...noting that you were watching the youngsters, she decided to get rid of the "competition". Whether there was any possibility of "action" is irrelevant...her goddessness didn't want any "younger/prettier scenery" nearby to distract you from worshipping her.

Reminds me of my 18th birthday.....

My dad was in a really popular local cover band at the time, and he really wanted me to come out and see him play. They were playing in the bar section of a bowling alley, so Dad thought it was the perfect venue for me to be able to see him, because I wasn't 21.

So me and a pack of my high school girlfriends headed over to the bowling alley for a night of bowling and dancing to cover tunes. Dad told us to "go to the side door" which turned out to be the stupidest thing we could have done. Turns out that the side door was not an official entrance, and so it looked like we were sneaking in. As we walked over to a table to watch the band, some lady said, "Oh, give me a break!" and then went to the bartender to rat us out. Dad saw us from the stage and acknowledged us with a wave, but had to keep playing.

Then, a huge bouncer dude tapped me on the shoulder and pointed toward the door. "Out." he said. "The same way ya came in."

"My dad's in the band," I said. "He invited us to the show."

"I don't think so. Out."

So my girlfrinds and I shamefully filed back out through the side door.

The next day Dad apologized for not being able to rescue us from the big mean bouncer. He told the bartender that it was his daughter that they had kicked out of the bar, and then bartender told my dad that he would have let us stay if he had known that.

Thanks Dad. I still kid him about how its his fault I got kicked out of a bar when I was 18.

There was a table of about 8 girls around the ages of 18-20 at a gig my band was playing at one night. The manager told them they could stay as long as they didn't try to order any alcohol. The manager ended up watching the band from behind their table for a whole set and they got up and left. I kept seeing them dart looks behind them to see if she was still there and the looks of disappointment on their faces. I guess it didn't really matter though because they were not really digging our kind of tunes anyway (Classic Rock/Motown type stuff)...but the keyboard player, drummer, and I were 22, 24, 22 respectively (and single), so it was kind of a blow there.

Also reminds me of the times when I was in my first gigging band...3/5 of us were under 18, and the bass player was 16! Keyboard player and I were almost thrown out many times. Luckily our policy of letting the manager know we were underage and promising not to attempt to buy alcohol (with the exception of our drummer who was 22) kept us in good graces with those in charge. It was fun seeing a few doormen get reprimanded for hindering the band.
