Members J Kylez
We'll be doing a mini Alice Cooper set at the start of the second set this weekend. I'll come out in the make-up and all that. It'll be fun. It's actually a little warm-up for an Alice Cooper tribute act I plan to front next year. Give people a little taste, get 'em talking.... I think everyone will have fun!
Members cherri
Yes. We dress up every year. One year we did a whole band ganster theme. This year we're all doing our own thing.
Members orfalot
We do it every year, I'm the same "thing" every year. Check out 2003, I'm the one on the left.
Members orfalot
And from last year, same club, club owner says we're booked for Halloween for life. He recognizes a scary crew when he sees one.
Members e-b-e
Gonna dress up for our Halloween gig, not sure yet as what though.... Pretty much HAVE to dress up, as part of the night will include a visit from "The Witches Gone Wild Tour" (a.k.a. "The Tour of Witches") -- its pretty neat! A handful of area bars kick in to pay for a few tour busses, each person on the bus buys a $10 ticket, they all dress up at witches and go from one venue to the next . All proceeds go to National Breast Cancer Foundation. Last year worked out great, as they had 2 busses of witches and got to our show just as we were about to start. Nothing like having 100 or so people dressed up ready to party, filling the dance floor on the FIRST song we played !
Members 69lespaul
My band's first non private gig is this week end. I bought a phsyco wig and face paint. And we do the "Monster Mash" LOL.

Members curlymo
We are. We're going to have a pumkin carved with the band logo on it too on stage. We're going to mostly do our own thing...Drummer and keyboardist will be the Skipper & Gilligan respectively, I'll be doing an American playboy style bachelor in early/middle 1900s Morocco (take smoking jacket, pants, and pipe, then add a fez and a mustache)...not sure about bassist and singer. And we're going to do "Monster Mash", "I Put a Spell On You", and the "Munsters" theme song...then there is always "Spooky".
Members Terry Allan Hall
Sunday night, I'm filling in on acoustic lead guitar and mandolin in a friend's bluegrass band and the leader's wife decided that we'd all dress up as various characters of KISS! (I'll be Gene Simmons in his declining years, I suppose, as everyone else is in their late 20s-early 30s...) Hopefully, I'll have a pic or two to share Monday morning! I went thru my old clothes from the late 80's/early 90's and pulled out a Guns N Roses tshirt and my old ragged torn and faded Levi's denim jacket. A rockstar wig from Spencers for $13 and I'm a hair band rocker! (The guitar was just for the pic, I'm actually a drummer)

We have rehearsed our asses off to make sure all goes well. I don't feel to nervous yet. I am sure that will change on Saturday though. Ahhhh......The 80's. That was the rocker decade for sure. I am still an 80's metal head. Can't seem to shake it. Hope all goes good for you as well.

Members MDLMUSIC
Friday night is a party at the local biker bar. Figured I'd go as a zombie...real easy; some ripped dirty clothes, a little white face makeup and black circles around the eyes. Then I've got a wedding reception Saturday afternoon. No costumes there. Saturday night is another party at another bar. Thinking I might do Dr. Evil; pretty easy, a grey suit and my little finger on my lips and I'm there. Sunday is the regular jam session. Band leader wants us to dress up as the Village People. I get to be the cowboy. Yippee-kai-yay...
Members Thundercranium
For the last 10 years one of my bands has played a gig for a local charity that provides a summer camp experience for critically ill children. We have a ball (literally and figuratively); costumes, prizes, auction. All of our fans and friends show up, get outrageously wasted, and have a great time for a worthy cause. It is one of the gigging highlights of my year!
