Members Roy Brooks Posted March 25, 2006 Members Posted March 25, 2006 Who or what is this thing that you call "God"?All things considered if I did not possess the desire and determination to become proficient on my instrument then I would most likely be even more of a graveyard enthusiast.
Members Fred Flintstone Posted March 26, 2006 Members Posted March 26, 2006 Play guitar, join Kiss or be a rapperJust kidding, Actually I'd tour with these guys and record their live shows http://www.ameranouche.com/
Members BandProfit Posted March 27, 2006 Author Members Posted March 27, 2006 Commercial or graphic artist or illustrator. Blue Strat, The image I had of your "rock-n-roll" persona was just shattered . Just kidding, I'd bet you'd be good at that, if you aren't already. You rock. Oh and great posts by all! - Sean
Members THX1138 Posted March 27, 2006 Members Posted March 27, 2006 I'd probably try to get involved with bass fishing tournaments and try to work my way up the ranks. Ya know... find yet another paying job that doesn't involve real work.
Members Mathew Posted March 27, 2006 Members Posted March 27, 2006 I would pay alot more attention to school, as i wouldn't be booking shows/practicing/managing blah blah blah. I would finish my major and minor and then get a job that i loved. Maybe environmental consultant, environmental law, city/urban development.....
Members gtrbass Posted March 27, 2006 Members Posted March 27, 2006 If I had no musical talent... I'd probably be famous by now.
Members vanlatte Posted March 27, 2006 Members Posted March 27, 2006 I think I would shoot for becoming a professional Video Gamer.
Members Roy Brooks Posted March 28, 2006 Members Posted March 28, 2006 If I had no talent I would probably be a ghey karaoke singer or one of those dudes who shows up at open mike and plays Creed tunes.
Members elsongs Posted March 28, 2006 Members Posted March 28, 2006 If I had no musical talent then I'probably would have been an architect. Not a dis against architects - I think I would have been a pretty damn good one. Actually before I knew how to play music I used to draw a lot. I do decent drawings but I never took it to the next level. My younger brother did however, he went to art school and now does animation/illustration/CGI for a living.
Members InterpolJaguar Posted March 28, 2006 Members Posted March 28, 2006 I'd become a luthier:D Leo Fender didn't play guitar
Members tucktronix Posted March 28, 2006 Members Posted March 28, 2006 I would've more than likely persued a career in either graphic design or automotive design. Drawing and painting were my passions all thru grade school and high school. Everything pretty much fell by the wayside when I got into music in my late teens
Members tubedude Posted March 29, 2006 Members Posted March 29, 2006 I would be a Correctional Officer in a closed security state prison. Sheeez I just remembered thats what I actually do, but on the weekends I am a regular Joe that plays guitar in a band
Members bbrunskill Posted March 29, 2006 Members Posted March 29, 2006 I would be a lawyer, in my fathers footsteps. He recorded a album as a extremely good boy soprano, then, his balls dropped, poor guy and it was over!!He comes to most of my gigs and sings along. I think in some small way, I'm living his dreams for him. Thank God, I do have musical talent though!
