petejt 0 Posted January 30, 2010 Would it be possible to have the Mesa/Boogie ElectraDyne in a preamp rack format? I'd really like to get an ElectraDyne, but also want to make use of my Mesa/Boogie 50/50 stereo poweramp, without having to do the slaving/load-line out rigmarole. Do you think that Mesa/Boogie would release this sometime soon?
rlord1974 0 Posted February 2, 2010 I find it incredibly unlikely.
civicbud 0 Posted February 3, 2010 Just get the rackmount version (there is one that Mesa has, and you can buy it on Mesa Hollywood online), and slave out to whatever power amp you desire.

But I just want the preamp- because I have limited space.

rlord1974 0 Posted February 12, 2010 Boogie doesn't make a preamp of every amp model they release! Plus, they probably figure the 'Raw' and 'Vintage' modes on the Rectifier Recording preamp are good enough for players looking for a Brit-flavoured Boogie tone..... aliensporebomb 8 Posted February 20, 2010 Just get one of these: Mesa Studio preamp. Best drive out of any device I've ever owned.
