Maker of the Infinitephase - and myself got together on a Clone project for a Tone Bender MkII - Professional. I asked Mike to make me one and I came up with the name of the pedal ( Tomb Bender) - asked for a sickly green LED and told him I wanted a Graveyard scene for the art work. Mike went away and made the pedal ... he made only 1. This is a special one because due to health reasons Mike stopped making Pedals and his work was at the highest level, mad genius stuff. His old Websites are indeed hacked ... perhaps Dan ( Fourthfloor ) knows more since they also were on speaking terms. Dan, if you're still out there ... give a shout.
