Members gardo
I have a Fishman Acoustic Matrix Natural 1 endpin jack that has a loose socket .it looses contact with the plug. Is there anything that can be done to tighten the grip on the plug.
Members DeepEnd
Possibly. It should be an endpin preamp. Unscrew the strap button and you'll be able to remove the preamp from the inside. Unscrew the cover and see if you can access the guts of the jack and bend the prongs to make better contact. Here's a Fishman PowerJack preamp for illustration.
Members gardo
Thanks DE I have it opened up and it is very similar to that. I’m not eager to try to bend or adjust anything and ruin the unit

I wish I'd thought of it.
